  How can i modify php files of my theme hosted on wordpress.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t. You can change only the CSS, and only by purchasing the custom design upgrade. We don’t have access to the php.

  I am afraid you cannot modify any php files.

  WordPress.com will not allow access to php or javascript files as they might compromise the security, given WordPress.com is a shared environment.
