theme picture

    I picked a theme and added a picture of us. I also have a big yellow star-like thing that I cannot figure out how to get rid of. It is really annoying me.

    I can’t see a “Yellow Star” on the site linked to above but I do see your Gravatar on the left. If you have another site where that is displaying then go to “Customize” “Theme Options” and remove your email address from the Header Gravatar box then the “yellow star” will disappear from the front of the site.
    And if you’d like a more personal Gravatar image to appear elsewhere around WordPress.com such as here in the forums then go to: https://wordpress.com/me and choose another photo or image for your profile.
