Theme preventing me from deleting the site

When I try to delete one of my site, I get a warning dialog, ‘You still have active purchases on your account. To delete your account, you’ll need to cancel any active purchases in Manage Purchases before proceeding..’
When I choose ‘Dismiss’ it cancels the delete and when I choose ‘Manage Purchases’ it seems like a dead end.
I think because the theme never expires. What do I need to do delete the site?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Are you talking about the site listed above that is set to private? I have added the modlook tag to ask if a member of staff could delete the Premium theme for you.

Hi @heatherrobertsblog, I can remove the Premium theme for you, but I see two sites with Premium themes on your account. Can you verify which site it is that you want to delete? I would not want to delete the wrong one.
