Theme preview different to theme demo
-
I’m looking to purchase a premium theme but before I do, I want to ensure I can work it properly. The theme I am leaning towards is Bold News, so I opened up the demo to see what it looked like. When I went to the preview, it looked nothing like the demo version and I don’t know how to make it like the demo version.
Is anyone able to help?

We Volunteers cannot load premium themes and test them. See http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/bold-news/

and http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/topic/bold-news-documentation?replies=1When you purchase a premium theme part of what you purchase is support direct from the theme’s designer. Every theme has a detailed theme description page.
Every theme has a live demo site.
Every theme can be made to appear exactly like the live demo depicts by following the instructions in the detailed theme description and the relevant guides in the support docs.
It’s up to the blogger to create that appearance and in the case of premium themes part of what you purchase is support direct from the theme’s designer in the specific support forum provided for the premium theme.WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/cancel-domain/ and Guided Transfers.

Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
