Theme preview for Clean Home doesn’t work

Yesterday and today I tried to preview the new theme Clean Home; it didn’t work, so I logged out and shut everything down, but when I came on again “preview” still did not work. Same deal today. Any one else have this problem and/or know what to do about it? Thanks!

I’ve seen the demo; that’s not the problem. What I want to see is how my particular blog (katharinehouk.com) would look with the Clean Home preview. When I click the preview button on the themes page of that blog, I get this message:
“Preview not available
Try logging out and then logging back in to get the magic working again.
If that doesn’t work, please contact support.”
My only other choice is to activate Clean Home, but I first wanted to preview it with my kh blog.
Can you help with that?

@katharine, I just tried the preview in three browsers and it worked for me. Safari, Firefox and Opera.
Log out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then try again.
What browser and browser version are you using?
Have you tried a different browser?

I am using Firefox 3.6.13.
I tried using Safari and got the same Preview Not Available message.
Cleared cookies on Firefox, restarted it – same message.

Do you have any add-ons such as “no-script” installed in Firefox? Of course you said Safari gave you the same thing, so that probably isn’t it.
All I can suggest then is to contact staff about it at http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ .

On thing to check is that you are using the latest version of adobe flash.

I’m using Firefox 3.6.13 on my test blogs and I do get a Preview on all of them.If she needs a Flash update here’s the link for the latest version. http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

Hi! I installed the flashplayer update; theme previews still don’t work.
On top of that, I’ve discovered that I cannot view previews of posts after I’ve saved drafts of them. Weird, this preview problem. -

Since you have a mapped domain, please make sure that your browser is set to accept both first and third-party cookies:

Could have been wrorse, could have been wind AND snow. We have 10 to 22 foot waves forecast through early Monday evening. Gonna be some of those expensive homes along the coast with damage.
