theme preview malfunction

  the preview function for the themes will not work. i keep getting a popup that says ‘logout and log back in.” i have tried that a few times and it is still not working

  Can you please try clearing out your cache? Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Google Chrome?
