Theme preview shows you something different from what you get

  I tried the theme preview for the Contempt theme with my site, and it looked great. Then when I activated it Contempt, what I got looked completely different and worse. My uploaded photo, which appeared on the preview, did not show up on the activated them. And the colors were different.

  Why can’t theme preview show us what we’re going to get?

  I’d send that to staff, since they’re the only ones who can control this or know why it would work that way.
