Theme problem on individual posts

  On my blog, at tracybookmanphotography.com/blog, users can see the main blog page, but any time you try to display an individual post’s page, the following error is displayed. “Fatal error: Call to undefined function: vf_more_content() in /hsphere/local/home/tbookman/tracybookmanphotography.com/blog/wp-content/themes/a-screen-near-you-10/single.php on line 27”

  What is wrong with my themes that would cause this and how do I fix it?
