Theme problems…no “options” when installed

  Hi,

  I recently went from a wordpress.com blog to a hosted blog. In the process of getting my “new” blog to look like my “old” blog I installed the same theme that I had before. The only thing is when I go to Appearance and switch it over to the new theme (in the hosted blog) it works but there are no options like Widgets, Extras, Custom Image Header, Edit CSS. Is the something that is no longer available away from a WordPress.com blog or do I need to pick another header?

  By the way the Theme is “Black LetterHead”
