  Profile is a premium theme part of what you purchased is support direct from the theme’s designer. The person with the username account who purchased the theme can post to the Premium Theme Support forum for the theme to get help with it http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/profile in the Premium Theme Support forum.

  Right so go to the li8ve demo site and click to display the header image
  http://s0.wp.com/wp-content/themes/premium/profile/images/background.jpg?m=1370672584g
  Then click vie image info and what do you get?
  1,893px × 860px (scaled to 1,023px × 465px)
