    Hi, I bought a premium theme on the wrong WordPress account – I need to transfer it to another account – can you help?

    If the theme was purchased within 30 days you can issue yourself a refund or I’d be glad to do it for you. Could you please confirm:
    – on which site was the theme accidentally purchased
    – which theme is it
    – under what username was the theme bought
    – which site did you want the theme on instead
