theme purchase

I filled out my credit card information for 69.00 for a theme but did not receive an email confirmation and the theme does not show on my site. Does this mean that the transaction did not go through?

What do you see when you go to your dashboard?
dashboard—>store—>my upgrades or billing history
If the transaction did not go through, then you will see nothing in “my upgrades” or in “billing history.”If the transaction went through then you should have access to the theme you purchased.
I’ll put a modlook tag here (please subscribe to this thread so you’ll be notified when staff responds) so someone can look at your account transactions.

Thank you for your response. I checked both my billing history and my upgrades and there is no record of my purchase. I thought I bought the “Organization Theme.” Maybe I should wait a day.

Is this the theme you were trying to buy?
http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/organization/Someone from staff will take a look here so please be patient. Perhaps you mistyped your credit card number? Or there was a glitch in the processing? The modlook tag on the right means that a staff person will help you. If you subscribed to this topic you will get an email when staff helps you.

I don’t see any payments on your account. I also don’t see any errors, so it looks like there was likely a connection glitch and we never got the information about your intended purchase.
You can go ahead and purchase the Organization theme through the link that Tess gave above.
