  I would like to add a child theme to my blog. Is this possible?

  Hi there,

  It’s not possible to upload custom themes here at WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted WordPress blogs that run the free software available at WordPress.org.

  You can, however, customize your site with CSS by using the Custom Design upgrade:
