theme 'radius' does not appear in wordpress

I would like to apply the theme ‘radius’ to my blog. The theme appears in the WordPress Themes Directory https://wordpress.org/themes/radius. However, it does not show up in the directory when I go to Appearance > Themes. Please add this theme to the list.

That is not a WordPress.COM directory, that is a directory for WordPress.ORG installs

All themes at WordPress.COM are highly modified to run here for performance & security reasons
If you want a theme considered for addition to the available themes here, you need to make a very good case on why it should be added to the over 200 themes currently available

To make a case for that theme to be included, you need to show why it is so great. Responsive themes are mostly what the new themes added are. Describe what other features make that theme special. Featured images, sliders, especially clean graphics, multiple menus, post formats, page templates, easily customized headers, backgrounds, fonts. Special for artists or photographers. Be specific about what is important for you about that theme. Why would others like to use it?
