Theme recommendation

  Hello, I am looking for a very simple theme on wordpress.COM, that looks like this: https://wordpress.org/themes/responsive/ I have searched through wordpress.COM themes for ages and found nothing like this, despite how simple it is. Does anyone know a free or paid theme like this for .COM?

  To be clear, it has a thin topbar menu, then beneath that a picture with text on it and beneath that three columns with pictures and text-captions below.

  Are you asking where to get the WordPress.ORG version of the theme?
