Theme Recommendation PLS?

We run a service company that dispatches independent contractors / teams to jobs. Im looking for an easy template that takes the job information and dispatches it to assigned workers. This theme should also be able to list service opportunities and take service requests from workers (page members) at the click of a button, sending me notifications as to who is wanting to work which jobs.
Anything that helps in keeping track of services (jobs), posts them, and helps assign them to a worker base.

Hi! It sound like you may want a plugin rather than a theme. Have you looked at these?
https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/jobs/You might look for a few other keywords too. The idea would be to add a plugin that would work with whatever theme you choose.
