Theme recommendations!

Hi, I’m new here, I’m actually new to having my own business, business in general and especially making my own website!
So with that being said, all of the themes are great but overwhelming. I’m a health and wellness coach and I’m looking for a clean, simple, bright website that is easy to navigate. Any recomendations I can look into ??The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yes please click the big blue “find a theme” button use the search utility that has feature filters here > http://theme.wordpress.com/
Also note that a blog is a Post based website that’s attractive to search engines provided you frequently publish original content that cannot be found elsewhere on the internet. A website is a Page based website that does not attract search engine attention like a blog does because Pages are for static content that rarely changes and do not have RSS Feeds.
Any WordPress blog can be restructured from being post based to being page based – no upgrade required. For greater clarity read:

I apologize if this posts more than once, after I submit it I can’t see it. I’ve written it now 3 times! Anyway, can I have a blog as the main page with website like categories and tabs, instead of doing a website with a blog on the sidebar? Amandachilders.com is a great site of another health coach that really caught my eye and she made it with WordPress. What type of site is hers considered?
