  I purchased a theme and decided that it did not work for what I was trying to do. How do I get the refund for the theme?

  Hi there,

  It doesn’t look like you’ve purchased a custom theme for this site. Instead what you purchased was Custom Design, which allowed you to customize any theme. Is that what you’d like to refund?

  In any case, you can cancel your custom design and get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

  Please go to the Store -> My Upgrades section of your dashboard, where you’ll find the custom design in the list of your upgrades, along with a “Cancel” button.
