Theme refund

  I paid for a theme that I don’t love and am going back to the old one. Am I able to get a refund?

  You can request a refund from your dashboard > Store or you can contact Staff.

  I submitted a request for refund and have not received it.
  I purchased Lifestyles theme ($75) on Dec. 26, 2011 with an upgrade ($30) after 10 days of pure frustration and dissatisfaction, I requested a refund (several times) and have received no reply or response.

  Can someone PLEASE address this issue?

  Please use that link to contact staff directly, as they are the ones who deal with refund requests.

  That is correct. Eight days later, macmanx kindly responded to my request in a very professional and informative manner
  .
  The only way, it seems, to get a timely response from WordPress is to take it public.
