    Generally most premium theme 3rd party companies dont allow a refund/exchange due to the nature of a digital download. You will want to direct contact the sales department of who you bough the theme from.

    What do you need help with?

    Tip – I wouldnt pop a email submit for 1st time visitors/1 session. Give them some value before asking for something. Ive noticed with the background/color of the “close” box blends in. It looks like you cant exit out of it, unless you scroll to the top of the homepage.

    looks like alot of the articles are under the UNCATEGORIZED category. Perhaps give your site some more structure by adding parent categories so people can find related content.

    Did you buy your premium theme not long ago?
    Plans and other purchases can be canceled within 30 days of purchasing.
    In this case, simply get a refund and try other themes, knowing that you’re able to preview them.

    Did you get the Business Plan with Unlimited Premium Themes?

    If you like switching themes often or want unlimited access to the newest premium theme offerings, you might like the Business upgrade.

    Otherwise, it is absolutely possible for you to switch themes. Simply be aware that you will have to pay for a new premium theme.
