Theme refund – Length of time

  A few days ago, I purchased a premium theme. After receiving access to the theme, I was unhappy, so I requested a refund. I am wondering how long it will take for the refund to be put back into my bank account (I used a debit card).

  The staff have said 7 to10 business days – the banks are slow to give money back –

  WordPress.COM seems to be pretty good about processing the refunds – then the banks – that took the money from your account in seconds – take days to reverse the credit – they make money on the “float” (your money they have but have not yet given it to you)

  I have flagged this for the staff to double check your account
