  I can’t renew my theme since I transferred my hosting and domain to another hosting service. The problem is, I can no longer renew my theme. Is there going to be a problem?

  We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

  It looks like you’re using the Christopher theme from Silo Creativo. If you’ve purchased the theme from them before, you should contact them for help in getting your theme renewed.
