theme request: a bilingual layout/translation theme

  I’m looking for a way to post in both Spanish and English in parallel columns with parallel comments–a user can read a post and reply in their own language

  There is no wordpress.com theme that meet this description and as far as i know, wordpress, does not have designers on staff developing themes. The themes we do have at wordpress.com have been adapted from themes originally designed to run on wordpress.org software.
