Theme Request: Simplicity

  Hi,

  Just wondering if this theme could be added?

  I know we already have quite a number of clean-looking themes, but they tend not to show categories nested more than once. Or they don’t show the hierarchy. I’m not sure whether this theme handles nested categories better since I can’t test it, but from checking out some of the comments it looks like it does.

  And with the theme fauna, is there any way we can make categories appear on the main and entry page, instead of just archive page (or when viewing them in categories)?
