Theme Reset

A couple questions … I am working on a WordPress site that uses the landscaping theme from thimpress. I want to apply a different theme and then reapply the landscaping theme.
After I apply a different theme, will I be able to access the landscaping theme through WordPress admin? (It’s not in the WordPress theme directory.) Also, if I am able to access the theme, if I reapply the theme, will I start over from scratch with that theme? (That’s basically what I want to do with this site, as I don’t like the formatting and functionality of the site as it is.)
