Theme Reverting

  Hi there,
  I am creating an online shop with a blog as well. Sometimes when I log into WordPress I find that my site has reverted to the theme demo version of sorts and my work has disappeared. After a while it reverts back to my version but then it reverts back to the theme….and so the cycle goes. Please help!

  What is the URL of the site with the problem?

  Hi there,

  I’m a bit confused as the site bundleuniverse.com is not “hosted on WordPress.com” but is instead hosted at Bluehost, who is another provider of WordPresss sites. You can confirm here: https://gwhois.org/bundleuniverse.com+dns

  To clarify, we are not connected to Bluehost, and they use a different version of the WordPress platform that does not function the same as the custom cloud-based version we use here on WordPress.com.

  To sort this out you will need to contact Bluehost support, as they host your site and would have access to see what is amiss.
