Theme Russell: Gap between content and menu

Hey!
I`m currently working on my webside and I have a problem with a gap between menu and content. there are no spaces or anything in between.
I guess, normally there would be the title of the page… I deleted that because I want my header to be directly underneath the menu but now there is this gap.
I tried everything to remove it but didn’t work!I couldn’t use the costume CSS because it’s the personal plan :/ & the theme russell!

Have things changes since you posted this question? When I visit your site I see quite a bit of spacing between your menu and the content below. Screenshot of what I see:
Were you able to sort this out on your own, or did you need a hand still?

You see different spacing than what I show in my screenshot above? If so can you take a screenshot of what you show for menu spacing on your end?
