Theme: Scratchpad, not able to create excerpt post

  hello, i am jaya singh. i use ‘scratchpad theme’ for my blog. i need to create excerts on the homepage for the lengthy blogs, but i am unable to do so. please help.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  Unfortunately the scratchpad theme doesn’t have a blog excerpt function. However, there is a full list of themes which do support them here: https://wordpress.com/themes/filter/blog-excerpts

  And you can read about creating excerpts in this support document: https://en.support.wordpress.com/excerpts/

  Hey, although this theme does not surpport excerpt, you can add more tag in each post. I did it. The display on the main page might be what you want.
