  I have read in a few site that the VILLAGIO THEME is excellent for a vacation Rental Website – but it does not appear on all the themes – can you help – or is it old or an american only theme.?

  The Villagio theme is a third party theme. If you want to use third party themes on the wordpress.com platform, you must upgrade to the Business Plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/
