Theme search…users create profile, add pics, comments etc

  I am searching for a theme that will allow users to create a profile and upload photos under their profile and other users can comment, like, rate etc.. I’ve seen some great photography or art themes but it usually set up for an artist or photog to show their own work. Maybe there is a plugin I could use for one of the themes. Or maybe someone here has another idea that might work. Thoughts?

  There is no way to do that on a WordPress.com site outside of the $2600 per month VIP hosting, which is what Icanhazcheezburger pays. You need to find paid hosting and install software from WordPress.ORG and lay out a great deal of money and/or time to get that up and running and keep it secure.
