Theme Seedlet, how to add comment
-
Hello everyone
Is there a way in the Seedlet theme to add a comments section at the bottom of each page for visitors to leave a comment? I can see a “most recent comments” widget, but not a widget to actually submit a comment.
Many thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
You can enable/disable comments on a page in the sidebar of the corresponding page editor as follows:
- Go to My Site → Site → Pages and select the page that you want to enable (or disable) comments on.
- In the sidebar of the page editor, find and open the Discussion tab.
- Select Allow Comments to enable comments, or deselect the option in order to disable comments on the page.

Thank you vey much, I found the options you described in the old editor but not in the new block editor. Strangely, the title reads “Leave a comment” in English while the text “your email will not be published” (or something like that) is in German (as it should be) and I cannot see where I can change the title (site is defined as German). Is there a way to change that?

Have a look at the very bottom of the wp-admin “Discussion” page. Is the “comment prompt” what you need to change?

Thank you for the tip! I changed the prompt as you described but it still shows the old prompt in the front end. Is this maybe a cache problem?
