[Theme: Sela] How to change the title and subtitle font color

  • Unknown's avatar

So, a couple of weeks ago I used to customize button to change the color of the main title and subtitle.

Now, I am wanting to change it again, but the customize menu has completely changed? Now it pops up on the left of the screen and it doesn’t give you much choice when it comes to the title and subtitle. It just gives me the option to change what it says, but not the color.

I tried getting into the customization tools through other ways, but it keeps taking me to the same menu that doesn’t give me any color choice. How can I change this or where is the new tool to change the color?

i have a similar issue, so any help would be nice. I can’t even customize the colors of my title and sub title.

  • While the position of the Customizer has moved to the left – to be more like it is on self-hosted WordPress sites – the functionality for the site title and tagline hasn’t changed as far as I’m aware.

The only place where you can modify the header text colour without Custom Design is in the legacy tool under Appearance > Header:

Let me know if this does the trick.
