Hi. I’m looking for a theme that will support video interviews, and will sell related quiz content . Any recommendations.

Most all WordPress.com themes will support video embeds for videos hosted by supported sources and if you purchase an upgraded plan you can gain access to uploading your own audio and video content directly to your site. For further information please review the following link:

As for selling items on your WordPress.com website, you will require the Business plan upgrade to gain access to the WooCommerce plugin and you will then require a WooCommerce supported theme. For more information on this please refer to link below:

Once you have purchased the Business plan you will also gain access to the use of custom themes and the options available then become significantly greater. Below is a link to further detail on custom themes:

If we are getting to far ahead of ourselves with the information above, you can always just start with the basic on a free plan and go from there. The following link will allow to search the available themes supported by WordPress.com (both free and paid). You can add in a keyword the narrow down your choices.
