Theme sending errors after woocommerce installation. Homepage crashed
-
I started my site & one month later upgraded & got woocommerce. Once installing it, it had me pick a theme for the shop. I did. It erased my home blog page & sent fatal system error. Header and footer glitched & said unavailable or deleted until I go to another page. I tried to recover from a revision, & it still wouldn’t work right. Only 80% came up with the right values & the header/footer was still missing Even after trashing the first draft (twenty-four) & redoing it, I still have glitching & editor malfunctions where I constantly have to exit browser & start over. Many glitches are gone until I go to edit with a preset theme (like header), besides ones I still haven’t found. Like setting up the Product Categories Listing won’t work. I checked my page health on Jetpack & it said I wasn’t getting errors until the day I got my first one. They have declined on the graph but prominently there.

Hi there,
I’m sorry to hear about the issues you have been experiencing with your site. For the fatal error, are you currently experiencing this issue when visiting any of your site pages? If so, can you please share the URL of the page/post?
If there is any content that you’d like to restore or if you wish to revert your site to a prior state, that can be done from Jetpack backups by navigating to Jetpack > Backups from your site dashboard.
We have some more information about site backups here: https://wordpress.com/support/restore/
I still have glitching & editor malfunctions where I constantly have to exit browser & start over. Many glitches are gone until I go to edit with a preset theme (like header), besides ones I still haven’t found.
Could you please share a screenshot of the glitches and editor malfunctions that you are experiencing? I checked the editor from your site; however, I can see it functioning properly on my end.
