Theme setting cannot be changed.. please help

  Hello there,
  I am facing a problem with the theme settings. Any setting I change within the theme doesnt make any changes to the theme when viewed. I have even cleared the cache and tried opening the site on the private tab but still doesnt work. Please help me with this. I want to make many changes within my theme but its not effecting it when saved and viewed. My theme is Sahifa.
