Theme Setup button

  Hi, I just installed a new theme but I mess up on the wizard set up. So, for me to relaunch the wizard again, I need to go to Appearance and find the ‘Theme Setup’ button, which is not showing on my dashboard. I only have theme, customize, widgets, menus, import demo data, custom CSS, and editor under Appearance. Can someone tell me where is ‘Theme Setup?’ Thank you!
