Theme: Shelf and social media links

  I would like to add some social media links to my navigation bar, but I can’t figure out how to do it. It was done in the examples provided. Also is there any possible integration with twitter, facebook and google plus. I look forward to your feedback.

  For future reference, there will be a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard, but the theme needs to be active and you need to be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it.
