Theme showing up oddly and images not loading

My site (http://pa.waybackpetz.com/) is currently showing up very strangely. I have removed all plugins and switched back to the Twentytwenty theme (it is strange in all themes, but does change appearance somewhat). In addition, no images are showing up, even though I get no error when uploading or anything. Can you please help?

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with 1&1 Ionos.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
