Theme Site?
-
Okay, so I searched for WordPress Templates and found this site:
The thing is, you have to download the templates so I think it’s for the other WordPress. So, question:
Are there themes for WordPress.com besides the ones in the dashboard section? Like some that I would be able to find at a website?

The theme viewer you looked at here http://themes.wordpress.net/is not for the wordpressMU platform here at wordpress.com. Those themes run on a different code base at wordpress.org.
If you intend to have a free blog here at wordpress.com you have two options.
(1) Choose from the themes displayed on your dashboard or
(2) purchase a css upgrade and customize a theme.
Please read these threads

and then go here instead
http://wordpress.org/hosting and you can choose one of the themes in the viewer you were looking at here http://themes.wordpress.net/. -
Many themes have to be rewritten for the WordPressMu platform in fact. On my WPMU install, I have 60 of them in the queue. Sometimes, it’s just a matter of checking it. Other times you wind up mucking with the functions and the CSS.
The question is actually covered in the FAQ at the head of these forums:
How do I add my favorite WordPress plug in (plugin) or theme?
Currently no additions can be made to your blog as FTP access is not allowed. Suggestions can be made though via the Feedback form within your own Dashboard. (They make that suggestion here) New themes are usally added on Fridays.
Hope this helps,
