  That’s for WordPress.org, not for WordPress.com.

  In case you are unaware, please check the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org.

  Hi Chaitanyamsv,

  I have submitted my theme on wordpress.org and my theme is approved on wordpress.org.

  Now i want to submit my theme on wordpress.com so where i can submit my theme on wordpress.com please help me.

  As I mentioned earlier,

  As you can see on http://theme.wordpress.com/join/
  , WordPress.com is not accepting any themes at this time.

  So as the page says, please keep check back soon.

  Hi yogeshbhade20 –

  I have submitted my theme on wordpress.org and my theme is approved on wordpress.org.

  I just wanted to clarify that free themes from the WordPress.org directory are adapted for WordPress.com on an invitation-only basis.

  The temporarily-closed submission form that folks are referring to here – http://theme.wordpress.com/join/ – is only for premium (paid) themes.
