  I’d recommend these themes as a starting point, since they all have a grid layout:

  Video backgrounds are a little less common, but you can also look at these options:
  https://wordpress.com/themes/filter/video/
  those themes all implement video – not always as a background (Swell and Soho do)

  You can use the More link at the top of the search results to sort and filter by different features and styles as well :)
