theme suggestion please

All, I need a suggestion on what theme to use. I like the current look of my blog, but also want the category links to point locally, not globally as I have said a number of times already. Also, I want to be able to have the full post displayed on the archive pages, not just a part of it. I like the look of my site, so would like to preserve that as well. Could someone give me a theme suggestion, some CSS code to put into the editor or both?

The tags and categories listed above or below posts will always go to the global tags pages. The only way around that is to set your blog to block search engines or set it to private (second or third selection at settings > privacy).
iNove allows you to turn category and tag display off below the posts, but that is the only theme that does as far as I know.
The only other option is the paid CSS upgrade and using it to hide the tags/categories, but that doesn’t work with all themes. In some themes you cannot turn off just the categories or tags, you have to turn off all the post metadata.
Whether archives, category and tags pages show full posts or not is theme specific.

I believe that I’ve been through that before. If I am right, Inove has what I want, but doesn’t have the search box in the right place. In 2010, the search box is in the right place, but you know what the problem I have with it is. Which themes look like INove but don’t have the option for hiding the global tags, but the CSS upgrade will fix it? I’m asking this one because I don’t think entering one line of code into the CSS editor is worth paying the $14.97 per year.

What I would do is to start with themes the either show full posts in archives/categories/tags, or where you can get full posts by copy pasting into the excerpt and then work from those.
As far as the one line of code being worth it, that all depends on how important that is to you. People do it. Only you can decide if the cost is worth it. Also, it would be something you would want to try first since you can’t do it with all themes here.

I saw the tips on the exerpt thing last night, but was unclear. Do I just copy the post from the writing box into the exerpt box?
