Theme suggestion please

  I’ve been looking for the right theme but I haven’t been able to find out if any theme have the features I’m looking for.

  What I need is…
  3 columns (flexible width right & left sidebars)
  flexible height & width header
  menu on left sidebar (& no menu directly on, above or below header)

  Is this possible to achieve with any theme on wordpress.com, with or without premium and/or custom design upgrade?
  Cheaper is of course better if there is an option!

  Note 1: some of these themes have multiple layouts, so the screenshot or the demo might show one sidebar but the theme can have two sidebars.
  Note 2: most themes have a top menu in the header area but you can remove it (without the Custom Design upgrade).

  Thanks, I finally got some time to start looking into this again.

  The main question that remains is…
  Will I have the possibility to change width of right & left sidebars with the custom design upgrade? …is it the same for all themes?

  I have tried hard to find this out in the theme list and by previewing – but with no success!

  If someone have a suggestion for a specific theme that could suit my needs it would be great!
  …and again: Cheaper is of course better if there is an option!
