  I need to speak to someone regarding theme support. A company we are using to help us with our website is stating that they have been trying to contact theme support because it is the reason our website is not functioning correctly. Its been weeks and no one has reached out to them so I am trying to handle it on my own. Can you please help!

  Hi @denvercraft01 it appears you are asking about the use if this theme on your self-hosted site at denver.awkwardhosting.ca

  This site is not hosted on our WordPress.com managed hosting, so we are not able to help since our support tools only work with sites hosted by us directly. We use a native theme integration (to work with our managed hosting) that is different from the downloadable version of the theme that is in use on your site.

  Can you tell us more about the issue you are having in detail? There is a limit to how we can help but we ‘re happy to take a closer look.   Hey! Yes, Does the theme have anything to do with the accuracy of the products that show up? For example, some functions not working properly like product display on quantity or “out of stock”. Hope that makes sense.

  Hey there,

  The theme would not impact the accuracy of product information itself. However, the theme may not be compatible with the e-commerce plugin you are using. This theme should work with WooCommerce, what e-commerce plugin are you using with the site? It sounds more like a plugin conflict than it does an issue with the theme, but without access to the site, I would not be able to check for compatibility issues.

  Thank you for sharing the site URL, it looks like this site is using the Uminex theme. This is a third-party theme, so you will need to reach out to the theme support directly, as we did not develop this theme. It also looks like you are using the Elementor page builder plugin, which is known to cause issues, so the error could be related to that.

  If you are interested in moving your site to WordPress.com, we would be happy to look into this for you and see what is causing the error. Since this site is hosted with Network Solutions you will need to reach out to them or your site developer for further assistance.
