Hi I have purchased a theme from an external website which I would like to upload to WordPress, however, I am unable to find the option within the theme menu. I think (please correct me if i am wrong) I will be able to use the theme once I purchase the Business plan for £240. However, I am a new business wanting to see if this will work for me and am not happy to commit to a full year as of yet. How does the 30 day money back guarantee work? If I am not happy as I am unsure how the theme will look and if it would suit my needs, will I be able to get money back?

Yes, that is correct, you would need plan Business for that and you can purchase any plan you’d like to try and, if you’re not happy, you can cancel and obtain a refund within the first 30 days – no questions asked. We’ll just need to revert your site to the state before you uploaded the theme.
The only limit is on domains. If you register a custom domain, you could only opt for a full refund during the first 96 hours. After that time, we could only refund the cost of the plan minus the cost of the domain.
