Theme: Too stupid to live?

  Hello, I’m trying to create a new blog but am having a persistent problem changing from the default theme. Seems no matter what I do the site displays the default theme, not the new theme I activated.

  The Customize – Themes page says the “Current Theme” is the new one I activated, but Customizer and Visit Site display the default.

  I imagine I’m overlooking some simple step in the Support instructions, but after several tries I keep getting the same result.

  What theme did you want? That site is currently showing the Penscratch 2 theme. Remember, if you change a theme when a site has little or no content then the placeholder image may show on the new theme until you delete it and add your own posts/pages/images.
