  Hi there,
  I’m wondering if the theme Hermes by Themes Harbor can be transformed to self hosted or wordpress.org

  Hi there,

  Premium themes purchased at WordPress.com are only valid here at WordPress.com. If you decide to purchase and upload the self-hosted version of a premium theme you were using at WordPress.com, your WordPress.com theme customizations most likely will not be transferred as the underlying settings of the theme are usually not equivalent.
