Theme Troubles

  Hello I am new to this website (No seriously created my first blog half an hour ago!) and I have just downloaded a theme I found on the web called Soccer-11 now I downloaded it and it is a folder but I have no clue what to do with it and I would very much appreciate a kind user to hand me a little step by step guide on what to do. Thanks in advance!

  wordpress.com does not allow you to upload external themes. You need to pre-approved themes from wordpress.com dashboard by clicking appearance
