Theme: TRVL – post formats

  I am a new user so that might explain the problem. However I am using the wordpress web interface and the TRVL theme supposedly supports numerous post formats yet when I edit a post and select one of the available formats, the editor remains the same ie it does not change to support entry for the format, for example, an image only. My experience with other CMSs is that the blog post entry page changes to allow entry of a few words for the front page then the text and what ever multi media is appropriate for the format.

  In addition when I return to the front page, this being the page with the list of blog posts, even though I have specified posts with different formats they are all presented in the same way.

  What haven’t I turned on, purchased or done?

  Great! Glad you got it sorted out.

  Post formats vary by theme so they can be tricky to figure out for a particular theme at first. On yours, for example, if you set it to quote and make the text a Blockquote (there’s an icon button in the post editor to do this), it’ll display in the box like on the quote post on the demo: https://trvldemo.wordpress.com/2011/07/07/free-and-priceless-at-the-same-time/
