Theme: "Twenty Ten" — Use Blog Page as Front Page?

  I put several posts on the Blog page, using the blogging functionality of the page. I want it to be the Home page, but call it Blog Posts.

  Later, I found out that the page Front Page should be the Home page. I don’t need a static Home page. I deleted Front Page.

  Can I copy/paste what’s on Blog page to a new page named Front Page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
